Refund and Returns

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

We take pride in the quality of our products and stand by the craftsmanship of each item. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Since all our products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.

Please note that our products are customized and manufactured based on market demand, so they are not always readily available. Additionally, the advertised images may differ slightly from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photography or variations in your monitor’s display. We ask for your understanding in allowing for a 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual product you receive.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product was shipped incorrectly or if the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

To complete a return, the item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at support@animeshoeshop.com for further instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted (typically 5 business days). If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@animeshoeshop.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an error occurred in production or shipping. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@animeshoeshop.com. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address for the exchange.

Evidence Required for Replacement

Providing clear evidence is crucial to our return/replacement process. All required pictures must be submitted; otherwise, we will not be able to process your return or replacement.

Wrong Product Shipped
Please send the following pictures as proof:

  • A picture of the incorrect sneakers you received
  • A picture of the shipping label

Size Issues
Please send the following pictures as proof:

  • A picture of the shipping label
  • A photo measuring the size of the product with a ruler
  • The tag size on the outsole
  • The length of the insole measured with a ruler
  • A picture of the product you received

Broken/Damaged Items
Please send the following pictures as proof:

  • A picture of the broken item
  • A picture of the shipping label

Cancellations

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at support@animeshoeshop.com and provide your order number along with the modification or cancellation request. We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been processed.

Your order is eligible for cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

Please note that a management and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied to cancellations. A full refund will only be provided for orders that are switched. Once you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the previous one and issue a 100% refund.
