Shipping Details
All items offered on AnimeShoeShop.com are made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, your item is printed specifically for you to ensure the highest quality.
Orders are shipped from our factory in Hangzhou, China. Please note that we also have an office located in Sheridan, WY, USA.
Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Yun Express. The shipping destination is based on the address you provide at checkout. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation once your package leaves the warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are calculated as Processing Time + Shipping Time. We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 10–20 business days (5-10 business days processing + 5-10 business days shipping)
- International: 12–20 business days (5-10 business days processing + 7-10 business days shipping)
Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any delays from customs or postal services.
Customs and Duties
We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that your order may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update after shipment. If tracking information is unavailable 10 business days after your order has shipped, please contact us at support@animeshoeshop.com.
Multiple Shipments
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if you requested combined shipping. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
VAT, Taxes, and Import Duties
Items shipped internationally may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, and local taxes depending on the destination country. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect VAT at checkout.
For EU customers, as of July 1, 2021, all commercial imports are subject to VAT regardless of value, and packages may require a formal customs declaration. Contact your local customs office for more information on import fees and VAT.
