Size and Fit Guide
Begin with your usual size, no matter the brand. If you’re unsure of your size, refer to our guide below. If you’re accustomed to standard shoes, you might find these feel a bit roomier at first. Ultimately, finding the right fit is a personal choice, but we’re here to guide you on your journey to comfortable footwear!
01. FEET VARY IN SHAPE AND SIZE
Over millions of years, evolution has crafted the human foot to be perfectly suited for standing, walking, and running.
Interestingly, feet come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Some have been affected by years of wearing traditional shoes, while others are naturally wider, thinner, or longer. We’re sure you’ll find a pair that fits you just right.
02. HOW TO MEASURE
Ensure you measure your feet while standing, not sitting, and it’s best to do this later in the day since your feet tend to expand as the day goes on.
Place a piece of paper larger than your foot against a flat wall. Ensure the wall and any skirting are flat as well.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Make sure the floor is solid, and the paper doesn’t slip under any gaps between the floor and the wall or skirting.
Mark the spot where your longest toe reaches with a pencil. Be careful not to angle the pencil under your toe for an accurate measurement.
Using a ruler or tape measure, measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark where your toe reaches.
Repeat the process with your other foot, as they might vary. Trust us on this—use the longer measurement for accuracy.
Finally, consult our conversion tables below to find your recommended size.

04. FITTING
Measuring your feet will give us an idea of your recommended size, but personal preference plays a big role—some prefer a snug, close fit, while others opt for a roomier, more relaxed feel.
Keep in mind that sizing may vary slightly between different styles. Be sure to check the product page for any notes on whether a particular style runs large, small, or true to size.
SNUG
This illustrates a snug fit, where the shoe fits correctly but with less space around the foot and at the front of the toe box.
RECOMMENDED
This fit is based on measuring your feet using our guide and aligning it with the size chart provided above.
SPACIOUS
If you prefer more room or feel your feet are wider than average, you may want to consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
